Returns & Exchange

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@yourowncraft.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@yourowncraft.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address indicated within our reply email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $100 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the full return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
